As
we proceed with our third printing, I know many cooks are now counting
calories, fat grams, etc. I have successfully substitued non-fat
yogurt, mayonnaise, sour cream, low or non-fat dressings in many
of our recipes.
Before you begin using our menus and recipes -- always remember
to use the freshest ingredients possible, fresh herbs and good quality
spices. Your cooking will show the extra care!
