Rentals
Additional items such as tables, linens, plates, glassware, and utensils are available upon request.
Service
Service personnel such as wait staff, bartenders, and chefs are available. Rates vary due to the job requirements, please ask for a price quote.
Beverages
Complete bar set up including: glass or plastic, ice, tubs, coolers, non alcoholic beverages, as well as champagne punches are available. We also provide beer, wine, and champagne.

Deposits
A seventy-five percent deposit is required six weeks prior to the event, unless other arrangements have been agreed upon. The final balance is due upon completion of the event.
Attendance Guarantees
All functions must have an exact attendance count five days prior to the event. This count is not subject to reduction seventy two hours prior to the event.
Cancellations

Cancellations of exact attendance for all functions must be made seven days prior to the event. For weddings and large receptions, cancellations must be made at least one month prior to the event, with fifty percent of the costs incurred to be deducted from the deposit.
